Extract CDD_DDI.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CDD_DDI.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CDD_DDI.dll.

Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
Type regsvr32 CDD_DDI.dll and press Enter.
