Extract comsvcs.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract comsvcs.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting comsvcs.dll.
If that doesn't work, you will have to extract comsvcs.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:

Reboot your computer.
