Extract CATRwyUtilities.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATRwyUtilities.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATRwyUtilities.dll.
If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATRwyUtilities.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:

Type regsvr32 CATRwyUtilities.dll and press Enter.
