Extract cfOSServices.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cfOSServices.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cfOSServices.dll.

Reboot your computer.

Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
Type regsvr32 cfOSServices.dll and press Enter.
