Extract CommonUICtrl.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CommonUICtrl.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CommonUICtrl.dll.

Reboot your computer.

Type regsvr32 CommonUICtrl.dll and press Enter.
