Extract cctpc.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cctpc.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cctpc.dll.

Reboot your computer.

Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
Type regsvr32 cctpc.dll and press Enter.
