Extract CA3Socket.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CA3Socket.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CA3Socket.dll.
If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CA3Socket.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:

Type regsvr32 CA3Socket.dll and press Enter.
