Extract Clgl.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Clgl.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Clgl.dll.
If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Clgl.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:

Type regsvr32 Clgl.dll and press Enter.
