Extract ArcSoft.Multitouch.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ArcSoft.Multitouch.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ArcSoft.Multitouch.dll.

Type regsvr32 ArcSoft.Multitouch.dll and press Enter.
