Extract acfscrfs.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract acfscrfs.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting acfscrfs.dll.

Reboot your computer.

Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
Type regsvr32 acfscrfs.dll and press Enter.
